Can I smoke in the Hotel?
This is a Non-smoking hotel. Smoking throughout the Hotel is strictly prohibited.
What are the opening hours of the front desk?
Our front desk is currently open daily from 7.00 am until 8.00 pm. E-mails that arrive after 10.00 pm will be answered the following morning.
I ́m arriving late after 10.00 pm
You can also arrive after 10.00 pm, even if the front desk is closed. Please contact us beforehand so we can give you the required information and the code for our key safe. Our employees will gladly assist you on: 040 35 70 300
What time can I access my room?
Previously booked rooms are available at 3.00 pm on arrival day. If you should arrive earlier we will gladly take in your luggage at no charge and take it to your room once it is ready.
When can I have breakfast?
Enjoy our splendid breakfast buffet daily between 7.00 – 10.00 am. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays between 8.00 – 10.30 am). Bon Appetite!
Can I invite friends to have breakfast with me that aren’t staying at the hotel?
Your friends and acquaintances are more than welcome at our hotel. Please make sure to inform our front desk that you are awaiting guests. Your guests can enjoy our breakfast for 19,90 €/p.p.
Do I have to pay a culture and tourism tax?
The City of Hamburg introduced a culture and tourism tax on 1 January 2013 for hotel guests ranging between 0,50€ and 4,00€ per guest and night.
Since 01.01.2023 this tax is also levied for business travelers.
How long can I stay in my room?
You can use your room until 11.00 am on departure day. If you wish to stay longer please contact our front desk in order to verify if a later check-out is possible.
If you would like to continue enjoying your last day in Hamburg, we will gladly store any luggage until your departure later that same day.
Can I bring my pet?
Please understand that in consideration of guests with allergies, we cannot accept any type of pets in our hotel.
Where can I park my car?
We are glad to inform you, that for only 15,00 € per night we can offer you a parking spot in our garage.
